How to Heal Tendonitis
It seems I’ve been handing this out a lot lately, so thought I’d just post it. This recipe is for a poultice that is good for more than just tendonitis. It’s good for any type of tendon, ligament and even bone injury. This poultice helped to heal the fracture in my foot, even after I hiked on it for 2 weeks, which I truly don’t recommend!
