Hi! Dr. Cari here to tell you some great news!
My practice, Bukovina has moved!
As Steven Covey puts it, “You have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage – pleasantly, smilingly, nonapologetically – to say ‘no’ to other things. And the way to do that is to have a bigger ‘YES’ burning inside.”
I love this quote because it reminds me of two great things:
1. Moving on and making changes are amazing steps to make in anyone’s life, even if they seem incredibly difficult at the time
And 2. When you know in your heart that something is right, and you have that burning “YES” inside, you have to trust that feeling and go for it!
I have come to the point where I want to get back to the medicine! You can still expect everything great that you already know about Bukovina and me, but now we’re going to move forward together.
Some of you know that I’m studying the effects of our genetics on how we all react to the world. What I’m working on is how to support your body to bypass these genetic ‘goofs’, if you will. I’ve already seen some amazing changes in people when I support some of those pathways…things I could have only slightly helped before! I can’t even tell you how excited I am about this and I’ll keep you updated as I continue to learn more!
I’m also really working on a new understanding of weight gain. Yes, HCG is still amazing and I will continue to use it because it works so well. However, I am not as happy with the long term results as I’d like to be. I want you all to have something that truly lasts.
It’s all so exciting and I can’t wait to share more with you. But for now, I’ll wish you a wonderful day! After all, it is the first day of the rest of our lives!
